convenient garagelow shower powerlack of privacy
the breakfast was good for the whole family. the location was close to the city centre and the river. the garage was convenient for parking the car.
the room was below average considering the star rating. the hot and cold water could not be regulated, and the shower power was very low. the shower was mostly open, so splashing was everywhere. the pool facility was disappointing, with no privacy in the changing areas and showers.

Decent Base, but Some Disappointments
faulty acpoor bed design
The AC in my room did not work, a problem. I reported it the first night, but it wasn't fixed. The next day, I waited for someone to fix it. They managed to get it working, but only on one setting that didn't cool the room effectively. I ended up sleeping with the window open (not ideal) and a wet towel to stay cool. The bed design wasn't great either. The corners seemed to collapse, and it reminded me of I was falling out each night.

i appreciated the well-equipped gym. it included several cardio machines. i used the pool and wellness area. the breakfast offered variety.
the air conditioning did not maintain a consistent cool temperature. it repeatedly reset. it affected sleep.
